Travel Pack Bolt-on

Do you travel to and from the EU or USA. Then this pack is for you.

  • Rabies Vaccination

  • Unlimited AHC’s (EU animal health certificates)

  • Unlimited Fit to Fly certificate (Subject to being healthy to travel.

Enhanced Monitoring Bolt-on

Do you have an older pet? Or do you want extra peace of mind. In routine diagnostic screening 40% of Dogs over 9 and 60% of Cats over 10 had clinically relevant findings, and the earlier we can detect disease the better the outcome. We advise this bolt on for any patient over the age of 8 but it is a good idea for pets of any age. Our Enhanced Monitoring pack includes 1 full in-house screen per year which tests the following:

  • Full Haematology

  • Biochemistry examining the function of the liver, kidneys, thyroid and other markers such as Cholesterol and Lipase

  • Full in-house urinalysis (Dipstick, sediment analysis and Specific Gravity)

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • The Palace Pet Scheme is a year subscription that renews at he end of its term, we will always contact you a month from your renewal date to ensure you want to renew

  • It depends how big your pet is and how often you call us out, however we will let you know at your renewal how much you saved the previous year.

  • No! its very important to stress that the Pet Scheme is not insurance, but what it does cover is the routine day to day healthcare for your pet, where insurance covers illness’s and accidents. We still advise all our clients to take out a Lifetime insurance policy

  • It depends on your individual circumstances but my may need to pay for any part of the plan you may have redeemed prior to cancelation. If you are thinking of cancelling the best thing to do is contact us.

  • You can pay monthly or annually by card or Direct Debit.

  • No problem, being a member on the plan isn’t a prerequisite to being a client of the practice. However if you have any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
